1. Equipment and service
Which service fits best?

Planning critical equipment?

Do not disconnect servers, network devices or UPS systems to prepare for a visit. We first need an agreed scope and approval process. Do not submit passwords, network diagrams or confidential rack details through this form.

For example: Addington, Christchurch Central or Rolleston.

Office and IT equipment

Approximately how many items?Count each appliance, lead and power board. A device and its detachable lead may count separately.
If you know roughly how many, enter it for a more specific estimate.
What types of equipment?Choose all that apply.
Is there any equipment that must remain powered? For example servers, network switches, UPS units or anything supporting shared services.

This equipment needs a separate review

We will review equipment that must stay powered before suggesting a method or price. It may need a maintenance window or be deferred, so no instant estimate is shown. Please do not disconnect it to prepare.
