Scope agreed first

We confirm the equipment list, access and any disconnections in a written quote before testing.

Planned around your workplace

Daytime, evening or weekend appointments by arrangement, with interruptions agreed upfront.

Records you can use

A PDF report and spreadsheet-friendly asset register, including exceptions and follow-up actions.

Two ways we can help

Everyday office equipment and business-critical IT systems need different planning, so we quote them differently.

Office test & tag

Arrange inspection and testing for accessible plug-in office equipment, with labels and a useful report. We plan access and any required disconnections with you.

Quoted per item with a minimum visit charge. Workstations and peripherals can often be included.

IT and server infrastructure

Business-critical equipment needs a different approach. We review dependencies, agree a maintenance window where needed and record what was tested, deferred or outside scope.

Quoted separately for planning, attendance and reporting. Testing may need downtime.

Discuss infrastructure testing

A straightforward process

  1. Tell us about your site

Share your location, approximate equipment count and any sensitive systems.

  2. Agree the scope and timing

Receive a written quote, access plan and any interruption requirements.

  3. Receive clear records

Get your test results and asset register, including exceptions and follow-up actions.

Testing records the condition of equipment at the time of inspection and testing. It does not guarantee future safety.

Records you can use

Keep track of equipment IDs, results and agreed retest dates in a PDF report and spreadsheet-friendly register. Use the records to plan follow-up work and future visits.

Failed, deferred, inaccessible and excluded equipment is listed clearly, never counted as a pass.

Common questions

Is test and tag mandatory for every office?

WorkSafe says test and tag is one way to check electrical equipment, rather than a blanket mandatory requirement. Equipment must still be electrically safe and maintained. Your situation may involve additional requirements; agree the appropriate approach for your workplace.

How often should equipment be tested?

There is no single interval for every workplace. Equipment type, use, environment and relevant requirements affect the plan. We discuss this when agreeing your scope.

Will equipment need to be turned off?

Some inspection and testing requires disconnection. We agree access and interruptions before the visit. Live servers and UPS systems may need a maintenance window or be deferred.

Can I book instantly?

No. We first confirm scope, availability and a written quote. Request a quote.
